My fee is set and agreed upon up-front and depends on the scope of your project.

SET UP FEE & MONTHLY FEES

Usually, a project will start with an intensive period of 1-3 months with audits, research and set-up.

This is priced with a one-time fee.

As soon as that start-up phase is over, we proceed with a fixed monthly fee.

"Why?" you ask?

WORKING WITH HOURLY RATES HAS A CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST

You as the client wants to:

Move the project as efficiently as possible by focussing on the things that are important and will deliver results for your business without wasting time on unneccessary tasks.

Someone working on hourly rates wants to:

Move the project as slow as possible without you realizing to bill more hours and try to up-sell you to increase the scope of the project and create even more billeable hours.

That's not how I work.

WORKING WITH FIXED FEES HAS A LOT OF ADVANTAGES:

  • We'll work together much faster because you don't need to negotiate and approve every little thing I do that would cost you more hours. 

  • You will never have to worry if you are going over budget because we decided the price up-front and it does not change because I won't charge you extra for every piece of work I do seperately.

  • I'm extra motivated to do my best work because my fee is connected to the value I bring to your business and not on the time I spent doing it. 

  • There is no doubt about why I advise you to use a new platform, strategy, tool or service. The only reason why I advise you to do something is because it will help your business grow.  Since you don't pay me by the hour, more work does not equal more billable hours for me. So all "up-sells" I do have your business goal in mind.

  • You have unlimited access to my expertise while we work together. Again, I don't bill you for every email or question.
